Nicolai Vella Falzon is a shareholder and sits on the board of directors of the Fenlex Group of Companies. Nicolai also sits on the executive committee of the group, responsible for its management and operations.  Nicolai is a commercial and corporate lawyer and is also Managing Partner at Fenech & Fenech Advocates, the law firm closely associated with the Fenlex Group, where he heads the Commercial and Corporate Law Department and the Asset & Project Finance Department and co-heads the Aviation Law Department. Nicolai is also a visiting lecturer and examiner within the Commercial Law Department of the Faculty of Law at the University of Malta.  He is a contributor to a number of international publications and he is ranked and recommended in a number of peer-to-peer publications including Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, Legal 500, and the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
