Graduating from the University of Malta with a Bachelor of Commerce, specialising in Accounts and Management, Claire further honed her expertise by completing a post-graduate course with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, now the Chartered Governance Institute.

Claire embarked on her career journey at Fenlex in 2006, where she quickly established herself as an integral part of the corporate services team. She progressed to the role of department head, where she managed and grew the department's capabilities.

Claire transitioned to the operations team, taking on the role of head of operations and business development. Collaborating closely with the CEO, she played a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives while effectively managing her portfolio of clients. Throughout her tenure at Fenlex, Claire continuously assumed various roles within the company. Today, she holds a prominent position within the management team and is a member of the Board of Directors at Fenlex Group. Additionally, Claire serves as a company secretary for a diverse portfolio of international client companies spanning multiple industries. Her expertise and attention to detail make her a trusted member of the team in matters of corporate governance and compliance.
