Fenlex Corporate Services Limited, one of the leading company service providers in Malta, is looking to recruit a Payroll Executive to join its existing Payroll Team.

Background on Fenlex:

Fenlex provides the full range of corporate services, from company formation to annual maintenance and eventually liquidation. We also provide company directorship and company secretarial, accounting, payroll, tax and VAT compliance, accounting and tax advisory, banking services, amongst others.

Besides the corporate services line, we also provide a range of services to individuals, and assist clients in the setting up of trusts and foundations.

Job responsibilities will include:

• Managing the payroll process of a diversified portfolio of companies
• Preparation and submission of FSS forms, engagement & termination forms, and SCC forms
• Assisting clients with payroll related queries and resolving any discrepancies
• Generally handling the payroll process from start to finish for Fenlex’s clients as part of its Payroll Team.

Should you be interested in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in a similar role;
• ‘A’ level standard of education;
• Be meticulous and have attention to detail;
• Excellent organisational and communication skills;
• Be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.
