Naomi obtained an Honours Degree in Tourism Studies at the University of Malta in 2014 and started off her career working in the Tourism Industry. She then joined Fenlex in 2015, during which time she undertook her MSc in Human Resources Management with the University of Chester which she successfully obtained in 2017. As the Human Resources Manager Naomi handles recruitment, training and management of employees, ensuring a healthy working relationship between employees and employer alike. The HR function also includes setting performance and improvement plans in line with employee goals and employer exigencies. In her free time Naomi enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
