Karl is a shareholder, director and the CEO of the Fenlex Group of companies. He read Management Studies at Anglia Ruskin University and is a member of the Institute of Financial Service Practitioners and the Malta Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise. He sits on various boards both in Malta and abroad and has over 25 years of senior management experience. He started his career in the family business managing restaurants. In 1993, he joined BDS Ltd, an IT organisation, as Sales Manager and assisted the company expanding its solutions and developing the firm into a leader in IT Solutions to the local hospitality industry. He joined Fenlex in 1998 as Director Administration and later COO and was appointed Managing Director in 2008.
