Nadine’s journey began in 2007, as a junior associate at one of the Big 4 firms in Malta. During her formative years she worked towards obtaining her ACCA qualification and warrant in 2013. Nadine was drawn into gaining an immense amount of technical and professional experience, working with diverse clientele stemming from industries such as manufacturing, hospitality, transportation, aviation, and other financial sectors. Following a year working overseas at a Technology and Venture Capital Practice, located in the State of California, Nadine naturally transitioned to reprise managerial roles, overseeing audits, both locally and internationally.

In 2019, Nadine served as Finance Manager at a prominent crypto digital asset exchange, managing the entire finance function and spearheading strategic initiatives such as the regulatory application processes (VFA).

Nadine's proven ability to interpret and translate numerical data enhances her capacity to give financial metrics relevance and meaning, facilitating informed decision-making in line with overarching business objectives.

Moreover, her commitment in cultivating a collaborative and supportive work environment within her team is a must. Her current core responsibilities are to provide meticulous oversight, resource allocation, monitoring project progress, and ensuring efficiency and quality benchmarks are met.

Through her wide exposure and vast experience, Nadine has deepened even further expertise in Financial Accounting, Auditing, Tax, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs), Management and Financial Analysis.
