Marco’s journey with Fenlex commenced within the Banking Department before transitioning to the Accounts Department as an accountant after completing his ACCA exams. After six year with Fenlex, Marco sought to further his managerial experience elsewhere in the gaming industry, and returned to Fenlex in 2020 as Group Finance Manager, in which his responsibilities included overseeing the overall Finance function. He has subsequently been appointed to his current role as Financial Controller.

Marco's multifaceted responsibilities include providing management with timely and accurate financial reports and statements, as well as preparing reports for external stakeholders. Additionally, he also supervises invoicing routines, implements and maintains strong internal control policies to ensure adherence to financial regulations, as well as ensures compliance with accounting standards and other tax and financial reporting requirements. Furthermore, his duties encompass coordinating the yearly financial audits carried out by external auditors, and supporting and mentoring the finance team to continuously provide excellent assistance to the organisation.
