An Italian national, Federico began his career with an internship in 2015 at the International Client Services department of a Corporate Services Provider (CSP). After graduating in law from LUM - Libera Università Mediterranea, he gained valuable experience in corporate law, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulation, and online gaming regulation while working with local CSPs.

Since transitioning to Fenlex in 2022, Federico has focused on corporate transactions and the online gaming industry. He holds a Key Internal Audit function certificate from the Malta Gaming Authority, awarded in July 2023.

At Fenlex, Federico assists individual clients in obtaining special tax status under "The Residence Programme" and "Global Residence Programme." In addition to Maltese companies, he manages foreign companies, particularly those based in the British Virgin Islands, gaining extensive experience and familiarity with this jurisdiction.

In February 2024, Federico successfully passed the exam for the annual IFSP course on the industry of Company Service Providers.
