Jessica joined the Fenlex Group in June 2017 as a Senior Corporate Administrator within the Corporate Service Department. She was promoted to Team Leader in April 2022 and to Supervisor in January 2023. Prior to joining the firm, she gained valuable experience with other local licenced Corporate Service Providers and was also assigned a managerial role within the corporate department. Her main responsibilities include managing a number of client portfolios and managing their respective day to day requests, preparation of various corporate documentation for incorporations and annual maintenance, attending client meetings, keeping minutes as well as liaising with various local authorities. In 2017, Jessica also completed the taxation course with the Malta Institute of Taxation. Jessica speaks Maltese, English and Italian. Jessica enjoys travelling.
