Romina joined Fenlex in March 2020 as a Senior Compliance Executive. Prior to joining Fenlex, Romina spent 13 years working for two of Malta’s leading banks, where she obtained valuable experience in different departments and broadened her knowledge in customer care, sales and financial crime compliance. Romina is also the Compliance Officer at Fenlex and is responsible in making sure that Fenlex conducts its business in full compliance with national and international laws. She is also a member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners. In 2021 Romina obtained a diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance and she is currently reading for an Honours Degree in Criminology at the University of Malta. During her free time, Romina enjoys reading, spending time with her loved ones and her dog, whom she passionately adores.
