Jacqueline worked with one of Malta’s leading banks for 28 years where she gained vast experience through the various roles she occupied during the years. Roles which led her to deal directly with personal and corporate customers in branches and head office. Her main roles involved, amongst others, leading, coaching and supervising the Payments Investigations Support team to deliver an excellent customer service in processing business internet banking , conducting efraud monitoring investigations and outward payments processes and checks, as well as servicing all incoming E-messages within cut-off times. To continue developing her career she attended various courses. Jacqueline joined Fenlex in December 2016 as a Banking and Compliance Officer with her role mainly involving the liaising with clients re their day to day needs, opening bank accounts for Fenlex clients with both local and foreign banks as well as effecting payments and compliance checks. When not at the office Jacqueline spends her time reading, jazz dancing, spending time enjoying family activities, and reading up on interior design.
