The Corporate and Compliance Teams with Fenlex are proud to have, together with the Yachting, Ship Registration & Finance and Corporate & Commercial Law teams at Fenech & Fenech Advocates and Fenech & Fenech Marine Services, assisted with the core commercial aspects leading to the acquisition and delivery of the luxury passenger vessel ‘M.V FOUR SEASONS I’ under the Malta flag. 

This high-end ‘superyacht’ is the first luxury vessel in the Four Seasons Yachts fleet. Built and delivered by Fincantieri shipyard in Ancona on the 24 February, the 186 metre vessel which is home to 95 suites and cabins will offer guests a unique and luxurious experience with world-class dining, wellness and entertainment facilities at the outstanding levels for which the Four Seasons brand is renowned. 

We are truly honoured to have been entrusted with this prestigious project, which highlights the breadth and depth of our group, from inception to fruition.  The choice of the Malta flag by this premium brand attests to the high-level quality upheld by the Malta Ship Registry which has consistently continue to strengthen its leading position in the superyacht industry.  

We wish the ‘M.V FOUR SEASONS I’ fair winds and following seas and look forward to welcoming her to Malta.
